Total waste of time and money. The doctor missed the #1 symptom so i needed to go to Urgent Care anyway. When I called the number provided, they wanted to charge me for another consultation in order to add the correct symptoms, which may very well have changed the diagnosis. Shame on Blue Cross for partnering with this outfit.

I am an existing MD Live subscriber thru Cigna who simply wants my prescription refill. Spent nearly 2.5 hours with customer care giving me the run around. Two MD Live policies they do not tell you: (1) Urgent care doctors do NOT need proof of prescription to refill, but the docs tell you they do and refuse to refill. (2) MD Live agents tell you that the docs cannot give you prescription but transmit directly to the pharmacy. But reality is they CAN. These two MD Live policies are deliberately unclear, and you will not get your refill. Stay away from this scam.

This is such a SCAM. I had a virtual consultation with a General Physician with a $0 copay. It clearly said that it was a free consultation and now they repeatedly send me messages and emails for an outstanding balance of $130, with a threatening that if not paid by October 29th, I cannot schedule any further appointments. Honestly, like I even care because I will never ever use their service again anyway. I spoke to 2 customer service representatives and both didn't even know what I was billed for and they both said that they will escalate it to their supervisor and get back to me. I don't know why they even called me when they cannot even tell me what I was billed for! They just wanted me to PAY. SUCH A SCAM.

I live in the central US, but all appointments are given in Eastern times. For example, I have an appointment at 1 PM central but the appointment says 2 PM EST. Which, its easy to read the EST, but I don't check that when I am quickly glancing at the time of the appointment. I just look at the number and move on. Because of this, I have missed appointments because I log on at 2 PM Central, not realizing that I am already an hour late. To add to this, for whatever reason, appointments are canceled immediately if you are not on time. I was having technical issues, was able to get into the appointment but I was about 2 minutes behind because of those issues, and the appointment was canceled and I was charged for missing it. I cannot say this enough, if you can, stay away from MDLIVE. truly, the worst experience for medical care Ive ever had and I am a veteran who deals with the VA on a regular basis. They make the VA look like 5 star treatment.

The app doent work well at all. Lags ,buffer, logs you out while trying to schedule appointments. Cancelled visits are frequent and they charge you for missed appts when they dont show up to the visit. Save yourself the time and hassle and just find an in person doc

they don't give one crap about sick or disabled people, especially elderly people, said the ada doesnt apply to them, Siri was the awful person i had the displeasure of wasting our time with, ended up with 911
