The doctor I spoke to was nice but when I went back on to let her know that my medication she got me was not right for me she was no longer there. The doctor I ended up getting the 2nd time was of no help at all

Pleasant conversation but no advice provided to my vertigo like symptoms other than “it’s a virus and will go away on its own.” Later found answer on Mayo Clinic site - inner ear condition that can be eased by a head maneuver.

Dr Van Roekel picked up on a possible issue with one of my listed medications, which was great. However, his bedside manner wasn't well-suited for me. I felt that he was rushing me along and was not patient enough to actually listen to my details and explanations of my symptoms and how I was feeling. Doctors need to be patient with the patients!

The doctor didn’t seem to care after I told him I had cellulitis on my left leg And my left leg was red and I have a Adema pretty bad I was very scared of losing my leg the urgent care doctor and my doctor was really worried my doctor was the first one to give me doxycycline 100 mg and then the urgent care doctor gave me two more weeks of doxycycline 100 mg something the doctor over the phone cannot do. This day it was a disappointment In the past and had a fever for my throat for days now the doctor took good care of me over the phone

Very happy with ease of registering and speaking with a doctor. However, diagnosis was incorrect - glad I followed up with my Opthalmologist a few days later!

I was not given any pain medication which made me have to contact my personal md & have to go through the whole duagnisis process again...pretty much a waste of time using mdlive. Seemed convenient initially but was highly disappointed.
