I want to say this was a wonderful option. In a time when going to the Dr. is impossible, this allows you to see a live physician and get an assessment and the medicine that you need.

The Dr visit went extremely well. When my pharmacy hadn’t received my prescription ( later that day) I tried the message button for the Dr and it wouldn’t work. I finally called MDLIVE and got the prescription filled hours later.

MDLive is easy to use and convenient. However, if you have a recurring appointment, like a counselor, it is annoying and unnecessary to have to fill out the form every time where they ask you the same set of questions. It is also kind of obnoxious to have multiple emails and texts about each appointment and reviews after every appointment.

During this unprecedented time MDLive was there for me by answering my call, prescribed medications, and more importantly I was able to see a doctor when needed via TeleHealth without leaving my home! I have to tell people that I am not talking about the casino when I say MDLive, I am talking about a wonderful (new to me) service offered via my health insurance!

MD Live was answered in a timely fashion and the doctor was good. But I thought I was going to get a request for COVID to be done to take to a PSC to have it done. But nothing was sent to me and I had to go on my own and get it done.

This worked better than expected for a swollen eye issue just before Thanksgiving. I appreciate the fact I could send two pictures of my issue all from my phone. I actually had called to schedule for the next day, but she was able to get me a link and connection right then. The doctor was engaged and helpful the entire visit and would have prescribed an ointment, but I already had it on hand (he verified it was new medicine, not just rolling around in my cabinet for years). He even sent an email to follow-up. I was able to find resolution to my issue. Four stars represents the fact I couldn't find how to connect with an additional pictures to the exact visit or a viritual follow-up of sorts to make sure the swelling was under control without talking to the actual provider. None the less, it has all worked out. I'm actually still dealing with the issue 4 weeks out, but it is under control. Did it keep me from going to the urgent care; YES, I wouldn't have gone anyway just because we live rural and there actually isn't one locally available. So for rural living, the MD LIVE is a God send. Thank you.

The therapist was very helpful and forthcoming. I have begun reading two books recommended by her and am truly feeling better about myself. There are strong guiding principles within the books and were conveyed by the therapist.
