So far MDLIVE has been great.

I had been struggling with getting a prescription refill since recently changing my insurance and it was no problem doing it this way

The service was quick, efficient, but most of all, wonderful. Our Doctor was confident, friendly and helped my daughter to feel better in no time. Will 1000% use this service again.

The experience was great except there was a technical difficulty with the video. Dr. Lee could see me but I could not see him.

Great resource when you need medical attention quickly but not quite at the urgent care level!

My experience with MD Live was awesome!! Dr called me right away and cared about what I was dealing with. Prescribed me the correct medication and saved about 4 hours of my day not having to go to the clinic.

Only problem was the initial connection with the phone. doctor had to call me back and then still had to do some adjustment at her end to hear me. After that is was simple and quick and she wrote me a script and sent to my pharmacy. Very polite and thorough. Thank you. Saved me 2 hours of driving to my doctor's office for an exam all for poison ivy.
