Not really helpful at all, it's a week later and I'm still coughing up all of the green stuff I was before. I think I have an infection.

First experience was great. This experience was just OK. Had a sinus infection and was coughing up green. I asked for a Z-pack because that is the only thing that works for me. Dr. said they don't prescribe Z-packs for sinus infections, (never the mind I was coughing up green), and called me in something very weak. Needless to say, I ended up at the Dr. 2 days later and my condition was much worse at that point in which I was prescribed a Z-Pack. Dr. also told me I didn't sound sick on the phone!

Honestly, each time I’ve had to contact MDLIVE I’ve always felt rushed as if I was a bother. Feels like physicians don’t want to be bothered. Last physician told me if I had a UTI there would ALWAYS be burning. Not true. I’ve had UTI’s in past most recently with pregnancy and NEVER had any burning. Don’t tell me my symptoms I know MY body. Listen to the patients~ although we’re not medical personnel we do know OUR bodies!

Very rapid and timely response. But, Provider clearly didn't read all the symptoms that I typed in the questionnaire. He asked me again what the symptoms were on the phone, but didn't listen to me. I understand it is difficult to diagnose over the phone but I was completely misdiagnosed. He stated I had a simply sinus infection (even though I informed him that I had a productive cough that hurt badly behind my chest and on the left side of my ribs) I ended up being seen by a different provider and was diagnosed with Pneumonia. Very dissatisfied.

I was a little taken back by the fact !!! That the Doctor prescribed an over-the-counter medicine , and they charged me a 15$ copay !!!as if it were a prescription cream ! And I will never use this service again , and will not recommend it to my coworkers !,,

I had decent experiences with the doctors. However, my billing is all wrong. My insurance company paid them and they in turn billed me full price... Twice. I have seen multiple emails and never once over the course of months have I received an answer.

I offer this benefit to a number of my clients. Some are employer paid and some are voluntary. I am on a high deductible medical plan and are hardly ever sick. Money is very tight, as it is for many other people. We have advertised this to clients as a way to save time and money for families. I have used this service a few times over the last few years. All outcomes have been the same, no prescription or treatment. I feel there is no desire to help or understand my position. I am extremely frustrated and would rather take my chances on getting better on my own. I have no desire to recommend this service to any new or existing clients.
