I was impressed at how fast and convenient using MDLIVE was. What a great tool to have when you can’t get to see your primary doctor. Especially during the coronvirus pandemic. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Was nice to not to have to leave home. No waiting in an uncomfortable waiting room. The negative was my credit card was overcharged. I verified with my insurance company what my co-pay should have been. When I called customer service I got the run around. I was so frustrated I gave up.

First time calling in so had to register insurer policy holder and child. This took 5-10 mins. Difficulty with paying through their credit card services automated program so 1 star deduction as it took multiple tries. Very thorough in getting as much information as possible before talking with doctor and submitted photos while on phone. Wait time to have doctor call back was 15 minutes but actually was within 5 mins. Doctor prescribed antibiotics and discussed what should happen and when clearance to return to activities should be. Very pleased and even more pleased that I didn’t have to take sick child into doctors office and wait.

Was very convenient. Little to no wait time. Dr seemed very knowledgeable about my illness. Was willing to answer all my questions. Price was better than a trip to urgent care.

Very satisfied. I wasn’t able to confirm my next appointment. The md live staff was very helpful and supportive. They followed through and were very professional. I am great full for MD live. Whenever I need help they are so kind it makes me feel good.

My visits with MD Live are always pleasant. However, there are other illnesses that exist besides COVID-19. Therefore, I wish the MD Live physicians would ask other investigative questions that are not COVID-19 related.

I would like to see real-time clinical notes to ensure accuracy. The therapist we had before last misunderstood what my daughter was saying and prescribed a VERY inappropriate med for her. When I saw the case note later, I was shocked by her understanding of what she was saying. And I know my daughter got it right - I was with her in the appointment.

I have had great experiences with a Social Worker and Psychiatrist. However, the first Psychiatrist I contacted declined to treat me because I don't have high speed internet. I have pretty low speed internet, only 20MBPS, but I told her that I can zoom and skype and do google hangouts. She never responded, so after 4 days I contacted her and said this platform doesn't accommodate me. The second Psychiatrist was fabulous and we did my session on my cell phone, just to be safe. Very disappointed in the first one, though.
