I just kinda felt awkward. I understand the DR was obviously certified, but it felt VERY hoaxy. Wasn't a fan and won't use the service again.

Overall, the experience was quick and painless. However, the doctor forgot(?) to call in the prescription.

I generally like MDLIVE, but some of the Doctors treat you like you are a 2 year old. The last appointment I had the doctor did not listen and did not help at all. I went to urgent care after I spoke with him and I had a very bad sinus infection that needed antibiotics and a steroid shot. It is really hit and miss.

They would not give me a script that would have helped me feel better.went to a urgent care and they gave me the script that I needed in a few days I felt better.

Didn't get a call the 1st night I asked for an appt. Waited over an hour and they called to Schedule it for the next day. Doctor called in 5 days of amoxicillin. I still don't feel I'm quite over what I had/have (31 days in). I also don't see a diagnosis on my profile.

it was easy to get into the system, however it was not easy to get my insurance information uploaded and therefore I had to pay in full for the visit instead of getting to just pay my copay.

Wouldn't give a anti-biotic Rx unless symptoms had been going on for 5 days. I had to go to urgent care instead. They did offer Flonase for upper respiratory congestion.
