Had a issue in the beginning but the customer service helped me promptly and I was able to talk to the doctor and get the meds I needed for my sinus infection

The first doctor did my consultation and asked me multiple times where I was located I repeatedly told him I was located in Nevada he continued to do my consultation until it came down to prescribing medicine that he said oh you are in Nevada I'm not licensed there... why would we go through an entire consultation for no reason, this is extremely frustrating that I was so sick that I had to call in and do another consultation and wait longer.

Had an appointment over the phone on 12/27/18. Explained that I had a sinus infection. I was told it was a cold and let it ride. I still have sinus pain and bloody discharge and know have cough from chest congestion. Back to work and don't have time to cut out for Dr. office. Hope it clears up soon. Responding to your 1/7/19 reply: Stating Doctors take prescribing medicine seriously should be a given. I engineer cause I'm paid or people get hurt. If MD live is only an opinion and requires double visits. My second opinion should be my first. I'm sorry but its not a good source of medical advise if it always needs a second. Thanks

I called on Christmas Eve with a sinus infection as my primary care doctor was on vacation until the new year and I really didn't want to go to an Urgent Care on a holiday. I called and gave all my symptoms to the doctor on call, who told me that I had the flu. I knew for a fact that I did not have the flu. She said that my chills/aches were due to the flu, not my fever. She discounted the sinus pressure/pain and sore throat. I know my medical history and my body. I asked for meds for a sinus infection rather than the flu. The doctor declined and called in an Rx for Tamiflu. The next day, I went to a walk in clinic, where I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and prescribed Ceftin. I felt much better within three days. Seriously not impressed with the care that I received on 12/25.

I've called MD Live a couple of times, but they never seem to be able to assist me over the phone and I wind up having to be seen anyway.
