Doctor was fantastic, but there was a SNAFU in the system that led to my prescription not being sent to my pharmacy. I had to call the next day and talk to two different representatives to get this sorted out.

I like the visit the doctor from home but it would be great if there was an option to select the doctor we prefer and wait until they are available. Can you please let me know how and where in the site we can request to add new providers. Unable to find the option on the site

If a doctor you would like to consult with isn't available, you can select the provider you would like to see, and then select the "request future appointment" button. the prescription was filled as ordered the only glitch was the pharmacy failed to email me that the order was ready.
