it was quick and easy. Had some challenges with the app, but that could have more to do with me than the app itsself.

The doctor was very quick to get online. I did not wait more than 5 minutes. The visit was quick and I got the medicine I needed!

So far I think it's a very good thing to be able to talk to somebody or even do it live. Having lots of trouble actually making appointments and getting them confirmed online which makes a little irritating. As far as seeing psychiatrist you actually need to see one so the psychiatrist I have used once really won't help me figure out the proper meds that I need so I probably will not use them again but the counseling I will definitely use hopefully it will be much help to me I thank you Cynthia Murray

As someone with RA, I've found the doctors at MDLive to be very responsive and concerned about other infections that would impact me negatively. Their concern and proactive approach is great!

This was so fast & easy! The only issue I see is that I was unable to get any refills on a recurring condition which means when I need the med again, I will have to go thru the process again. If it's as simple as it was this time, no big deal. I only worry that this will become much more popular and therefore more difficult to use.
