A very good idea, and it works!
Saved me time and money, and was convenient. Scheduling was easy. I did find that it was important to do some research and be well prepared for the situation. First, for the written description of the ailment and to be able to adequately explain the underlying circumstance. And, for the verbal exchange to be certain that symptoms were identified and addressed. Like ANY encounter with a physician, as a consumer you need to be your own advocate in this virtual appointment.

Easy to set up the phone call and…
Easy to set up the phone call and uploading a photo was easy. Doctor called within 10 minutes of completing information online and my prescription was submitted immediately. Very easy and thorough questionnaire gave doctor a good picture of patient condition. Only downside was I was required to create a login and password to get the doctor's written report. There should be a way to get the report without having to create yet another user id and password.
