So happy i got a call within 10 minutes of my submission. I do wish the SOAP notes would have been emailed to me afterwards. I also had to call the pharmacy to see if RX called in, as no one from MDLIVE notified me that it was.

Online intake process went smoothly and not too time consuming, medical callback was timely, and final diagnoses was acceptable & accurate due to my symptoms & previous condition. Prescription was faxed to my pharmacist within stated timeline & medical issue resolved within a week from diagnosis. Very grateful for this virtual visit, which allowed me to recover at home & not burden the ER or urgent center during this pandemic period. Surely will use again, if needed.

Once I got on, my appointment with the provider went well and the followup report was correct but getting logged on took longer than expected. Part was my error, not being familiar with login and password, and part was network bandwidth. It took me 4 tries to get on. I was glad she waited.
