I have used the service several times for a UTI. I would highly recommend it to anyone !! The staff are kind and thorough, you will have your medication within minutes and be on your way to recovery.

Dr Shofield was fabulous! She took her time, explained alternatives and things to consider so that I could make an informed choice with a change of meds. She did a great job connecting over a video call so that the experience felt personal, not disconnected. Highly recommended.

This was so convenient…and safe. My husband has a terminal form of cancer that puts him “at risk” for any type of virus or illness. Using MDLIVE allowed me to get the care I needed while avoiding an office full of people! It was quick and the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. My only wish is that the cost was equal to what a normal office visit is. Under my health plan my primary care provider requires no copay and Urgent Care copay is $70. MDLIVE cost me $82. However, considering the circumstances and convenience, the cost was well worth it! I’ll use MDLIVE again!
