Overall great but call quality was not as good as I would expect. Lots of static on the line. The Doctor had to repeat things several times. But the service is still fantastic!

I loved the ease of using MDLIVE and loved not having to go into the dr.office however, the app stated that someone would get back to me within an hour or so. I could not give it 5 stars because it was nearly 8 hours later. I understand that this was the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak but I think they should have had one or two doctors dedicated to everything but COVID-19. When they did call, it was nearly closing time for the pharmacy. Luckily, the pharmacy filled it and I was able to get there before they closed. Had they waited another 15 minutes to call, I would have had to use Urgent Care and that would have defeated the purpose of using MDLIVE.

It’s still not the easiest workflow to get to my on line appointment. I wish the confirmation email could include a link to the appointment in the app

I was shocked at the ease of use of the service! My call back physician was very professional; and actually listened to me instead of trying to herd me out of the office!!!!

The only downside to it was the 3 hour wait. But then, these times are unusual. It was great being able to call in, and then get the prescription called in without going to a doctors office.

I ended up getting strep throat not too long into the social distancing phase of covid-19. Thankfully, our insurance added Telemedical as an option and I am so thankful. The wait time was a little over 24 hours, which wasn’t super ideal, but it was manageable. The doctor was very friendly and got online pretty close to my appointment time. He was kind enough to remotely call in a prescription and it did the trick. Video quality was good, I was able to send in a photo of my throat so he could see exactly what was going on. The only thing I have had an issue with has been figuring out the messaging function. I can receive messages but have no idea how to send any. He said if I needed to send him a message, I could, but I am not sure how I would do that. I think if that were more clear and user friendly, it would be perfect.
