The only advice I got was to go to the ER; however, that what I needed to do and I knew that before I called. So, in retrospect I wish I had just kept my $30 and gone to the ER without calling!

Prompt call back but the nose spray prescribed was not for the drainage down the back of my throat. Just the opposite per the paperwork with the medicine. It stated it was for a runny nose and my nose was not running at all.

The website make it very easy to sign up. They do want to know all of your medical background so get together the same things you would to see a doctor for the first time. Plus all curant vitals. The doctor was very easy to talk to. My problem was complicated. The doctor was very nice and told me who I needed to see. I will call MDLIVE in the future. All of my info. will be there the next time that I need them.

The doctor was correct in ordering the antibiotics for my cough and cold. He did warn me about the steroids could "wire you" and it was ok to stop them on the first day. I think I would have liked a little more of asking about the progression of the cold and his reasoning on his course of action since it was a phone conversation. I did get better and am satisfied with this service. It is nice not being worn out going to the doctor's office when you are already tired.

The speed of getting to talk to a Dr. for an Rx refill was great. The visit wasn't too long and my Rx was called in right away. Really enjoyed the process. The only complaint I have really is that the Dr. kept coughing into the phone with no apologies, which was pretty annoying.

Was a very easy, efficient and effective "visit" to doctor. Only issue I had was that the doctor early on mentioned this was a recording or something like that so I thought the whole thing was a voice recording asking questions and taking my answers... But, it worked and now I know it's REAL :)
