The doctors were amazing
The doctors were amazing. And each time I used them their diagnosis was right on. The wait wasn’t bad except one time the day after New Year’s Day.

Pleased overall
Honestly, it is such a great resource. I am immensely grateful I could have an appointment and be assessed at 3 a.m. in a different state while on vacation. I wish though, there was a follow up from the either the Dr. or the system to see how I was doing. I voiced my concern about the medication being prescribed, and I don't know that I was really heard/understood/accepted as being validated. In the end, I still scheduled another in person appt when I got home, and started a different round of more broad, versatile version of antibiotics. However, without the MDLIVE, I would not have been able to get help for a few more days of misery and pain.

Very convenient
The wait time was longer than normal due to it being flu season, but it was better than going to urgent care and sitting in a waiting room full of sick people. Dr. was courteous and professional. He took time to explain everything I needed to know.
