My doctor was kind and thorough. My only complaint was that I could not see him. He could see me, and our audio was good. Neither of us could figure out why I could not see him.

Both doctors I've seen have been very friendly and professional. The only issue I have with the site is how difficult it can be to get a regular appt schedule because it seems that they're all busy, which is understandable during the pandemic.

Friendly and prompt service. However, due to the condition and my history of adverse reactions to tick bites I felt a longer regiment of antibiotics would have been better.

The is an amazing perk with my benefits. Quick, easy, and efficient. However the cough medicine I was prescribed did absolutely nothing to help my cough so that was disappointing. I haven’t noticed much with the steroids either but I haven’t finished them so I have hope.
