call backs are usually pretty quick and the doctors get right to the point of understanding the issue and getting any medication needed sent to the pharmacy.

We have used MD Live for a number of years and we couldn't be happier with both MD Live and the doctor / providers we have had. It has saved us enormously in $ costs, time and convenience. The latter especially when out of town .Md Live has become a necessity in our healthcare. But! , during June of this year I had significant problems with their scheduling processes. Nothing worked which was especially frustrating when we needed help the most.We ended up with a number of dropped balls which caused no small degree of continued pain and having to go to great lengths to solve the mess. To top it all off ? MD LIve has NO escalation procedures when things do go wrong. This is entirely unsatisfactory and is a serious flaw in their customer service.

The response was fast, and it is really helpful to know I can call any time for minor issues or questions about what next steps we should take. My only complaint is that at least once, the connection was a little iffy and it was hard to understand what the doctor was saying.

“Appointment” felt rushed. I felt like the doctor could have incorporated more of my personal history into the prescription or solicited my feedback.

Taking away one star because it took a while for someone at MD Live to get back to me and because they were unable to set up an appointment via video chat. But as for the actual doctor, he made it brief and painless and was able to prescribe me the antibiotics I needed for my sore throat.
