Very convenient for routine illnesses, doctor was courteous and medications sent to pharmacy immediately. Would use again if need be 😊

The experience of having the Dr. call me was great. I used other telemed services in the past that required a skype-type contact, which I didn't care for. He spoke with me for several minutes and my prescription was available within the hour. The negative is that even though my insurance covered the visit at 100%, it charged my card up front for the whole visit. The services offered by my previous insurance companies billed the company, then sent a bill if there was a balance.

The medical experience with the doctor was great. The technical experience left a lot to be desired. I tried the first time with the app on my Android device and when the time for my appointment came, it sat there trying to connect and timed out, then told me I missed my appointment. Next, I tried it from my laptop and when the doctor connected, we could see each other but not hear each other. We had to connect a phone call while using the computer video. It was not the perfect way to operate, but it did the job. My internet connection is one of the fastest and my computer tested fine for the connection, video and sound. Please work on getting the technical experience to the level of what we have with other technologies like Skype and other chat programs.

Fairly quick response, i called about a pulled muscle, not much they can do for that, offered to call in anti-inflammatory medicine.
