I enjoyed the convenience of using MD live because I was very sick and did not even leave my house to be treated by the doctor. For some reason the video visit did not work but within 5 to 10 minutes a doctor called me and everything was handled over the phone. Thank you

I have used MDLive in the past when I had a sinus infection and had no issues, received medication and all done. I will never use MDLive again if I have a red sore throat, weezing, and heavy chest symptoms...the Dr who looked at a picture of my throat and listened to all other symptoms said it was a severe common cold. Wait 3 days and go to urgent care or primary if not better or worse...Two days later I was the same and went to primary care and I had bronchitis and a sinus infection. Nothing is perfect but I definitely wasted 40 if I was going to end up at primary care Dr.

Since this is part of my secondary coverage {definitely not part of Medicare/Social Security} I was very impressed with the response and assistance provided me at a time I was unable to contact my primary care doctor.

The best thing to do is just go see a doctor so you can get the meds you need basically they will just suggest you take it easy take maybe so over the counter meds I think they are afraid to give meds without seeing you in person. Understandable but I don’t need to pay someone to tell me to take over the counter meds. I told the doc so what your telling me is to suck it up and get over it. He didn’t comment.

This treatment option is covered by my insurance. It’s great to be able to talk with a dr without having to go to the clinic when not feeling well.
