I am very pleased with how quickly the doctors call you back and also how user friendly the App is. I feel blessed to have this as an option with my job.

Very efficient and great when YOU know clearly what is wrong but don’t have the luxury of an urgent care or same day appointment general practitioner

This was an extremely convenient way for me to get to talk with a doctor without having to miss work. The mobile phone interface left a little to be desired-- at one point, I had to look up my PCP's address, and all the previous fields I had filled out lost their info, so the process had to be repeated. It was difficult to send pics of the inside of my throat since I really couldn't line up the shot, just had to get lucky. But once I was speaking with the doc, all my concerns were addressed and I was able to get a prescription that day that I am convinced sped up my recovery. Thank you MD Live. I DO recommend

The only reason I don't give a 5 is that I had some technical problems ( no sound) on the application But will re use it any time if I got sick again ( let's hope not sorry)

Overall communication, response time and service was good and convenient. Unfortunately the eye infection we thought I had was misdiagnosed. This was probably due to relaying of information/pictures via computer and not an office visit with proper equipment to make the correct diagnosis. Would encourage MD's to promote an office visit sooner with these types of situations. Otherwise, love the service and convenience. Thank you for what you all do.

Working with doctor was great. There was problem with website. Also the phone number for tech support connected me to someone want to book me a trip.
