The only problem I had was creating the profile. My phone kept on freezing. I called a representative and she helped me. Dr was friendly and sympathetic to my medical needs. Thank you.

This was my first time using MD Live, and I thought it was truly a great experience. My doctor is 20 minutes away and she is a great doctor, but the waits are long. For something quick and relatively easy, this was a perfect option. I could not be happier.
