I paid on the website and used the coupon. Everything seemed fine but a week later I got a bill for $800 and another for $1,400. So I feel like I paid for nothing. Where did my payment go? I didn’t get any receipt from the hospital saying’”paid”. I got a voucher and they accepted it but for what?

This is a new process for me and I think for one of the PT Offices I visited. They seem confused when I showed up with a voucher for my visit. I almost had a heart attack when I was texted I had a balance and it was several hundred dollars! One email and a phone call later, everything was taken care up. Between MDsave and my Nurse Navigator, the confusion over payments and balances owed was cleared up.
