The personnel at my medical facility made all the arrangement for me, via MDsave. Everything was taken care of before my procedures. All I had to do the day of was show up and present my ID. Excellent experience

The hospital is still trying to charge us. I’ve reached out multiple times to MDSave because thats what your site says to do and it is still not cleared up. Customer service just says they have reached out but won’t give me a name of who they talked to. Update: finally got confirmation that the doctor ordered additional tests that we were charged for. Unfortunately, it took over 4 months to get this answer and the hospital sent our bill to collections. Obviously I should have just paid it and not trusted MDSave when they told us that it’s been paid but the length in time customer service took to resolve this was ridiculous. Unfortunately for me they helped too late.
