MDSave/Tendo was amazing. The place where I was to receive my procedure tried to go back on their deal by having me wait additional time from my booked appointment because I went through a third-party, but MDSave jumped in right away when I contacted them and handled it, so I was able to keep my original appointment and pay with the voucher. Would definitely use them again.

Everything went fine and was clearly explained EXCEPT the receipt did not break out how much was for the provider, how much for the facility, and how much for Tendo Marketplace. I need those specific numbers for tax return.

Always able to talk to a live representative. Scheduling was easy. However they booked procedure at the wrong facility (hence the 4 stars). Took several phone calls to fix the situation, but everyone I spoke with was so helpful and nice. In the end, was able to get the test completed at another facility 30 minutes further away. The test went well & the facility was nice & had great staff. I am very pleased & will use them again if I need to. MD save is very well priced. My CT was one fifth of the price it would have cost me compared to insurance. So grateful this is an option for the everyday person.
