It wasn't clear what the "original" price of the service was. I purchased a CT heart scan and there was a special offering due to a donation for the month of Feb and it wasn't obvious that it was a signifant discount even though it was. That would have been helpful, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Easy to pay this way.

I could not be more thankful for MD Save. They have helped me get excellent care for 1/8th of the cost on multiple occasions. I have used them to secure affordable MRI's, and Ultrasounds for both my husband and myself. I recommend them to anyone paying for healthcare out of pocket.

My purchase was not applied to my original order, and when I checked in at the hospital, I was asked to pay again. This should never have happened and took an unacceptable amount of time to resolve. However, I could not proceed with the appointment without paying upfront, as this procedure was not covered by insurance. On top of that, the hospital’s estimate was $50 less than what I was charged. No one has been able to clearly explain why I was overcharged, what the final cost is supposed to be, or whether I will be refunded. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Provider did not perform the test as prescribed. Got them to reschedule and redo. The drive was inconvenient, but the second test was done properly. I revised from one star to four stars... 2/18/2026
