My husband and I have tried many meal prep services and this one is by far the best. Every meal was delicious, portions were great and I love the ease of tracking macros right on the front of the containers! The variety of meals is super helpful too - the same thing over and over is what causes me to eat junk. Definitely a must try!

I needed to do something positive with my health for 2021. I found the perfect match with "Meals of Steel." They were referred to me by long term customers. Every meal I have had so far has been tremendous and very tasty! The best part is I'm feeling really good about myself and now I have energy to work out, too. I encourage all to take that step and allow for them to assist you with your meal planning needs. You won't be disappointed!

I've tried each one of the meal options in my delivery, and I've been very happy with the plates. My only feedback could be just preference, but for the rice to be cooked a bit more - it could be softer. Regardless, I'm satisfied and will order again.

Great food, excellent customer service, great price. The meals have all been very filling and tasty, especially as I am trying to get healthier and watch my diet going into 2021. I also like that the calories and macros are easily printed on the meals so I can more easily calculate my daily intake. Lots of protein in most of the meals as well. I had an issue with an order and their CS team was fast and prompt in responding which was really appreciated. Highly recommend!
