I been struggling and even stressing about getting on well balanced diet. Meals of Steel made it easy for me to do that. Great food and awesome portions. I tried other food prep. services and they did not feel like a full meals lol. The potions at meals of steel don’t leave me feeling hungry 10 minutes after and I can set a a regular eating schedule without snacking unhealthy in between.

Been ordering MOS pretty regularly over the last two years (my first order was right when they launched their business). Food - My husband and I always enjoy the meals and selections offered. Good variety of portion sizes and love the paleo option. We prefer eating more on the simple side, but with tasty flavor and balance—which Meals of Steel executes well. I’ve made a brief attempt to count Marcos when prepping food—not fun. So I love how Meals of Steel includes of that information for you, especially on clearly labeled containers. Service - great! Very responsive and helpful. Prices - can’t beat! I would spend more money on grocery shopping just to attempt to cook not-so-yummy meals, make a big mess, and throw out left overs or items that go bad. I’d rather save time and energy by leaving it to Meals of Steel!

It was really easy to order and the food was delivered on time. I appreciated that it was a contactless delivery and that I got a text letting me know it was on my doorstep. Great service aside, the food is absolutely delicious!! Super excited to order again!

Delivery was on time and perfect. Food containers were marked clearly and made it easy to stack in fridge. First meal was delicious and hit the spot. Very pleased so far and would recommend. Very happy to support a local business that supports our gyms.

First time trying them out and will definitely be a regular customer. 10/10 would recommend. Portions are big, vegetables are fresh/shrimp is huge, food is not salty, options are great, and it’s affordable. I love how the containers were labeled with dietary info and a date when to enjoy the food by. Ordering enough for the week definitely helped me with my busy schedule and diet.

Customer service was great and the delivery driver was nice. I loved the food and quality is amazing and having my food prep is convenient and keeps me on track. Food was so good two of my cousins placed orders and more family members to follow.
