Good email communication, chat is a bit slow but an eventual response is positive. Haven't received the machine yet so I'll be updating soon.

The experience was very good and customer oriented. I made an inquiry on a product and they came back with info and also a discount on the product. This was very surprising and was an added benefit to purchasing from MechMaxx.

Used the stump grinder today. It was amazing!! Went with the Pro version and glad I did. Took out 8 pine stumps about 12-16” each and it took 1.5 hours…and that included the learning curve. This thing is WELL built. The quick attach 3 point assembly is as good if not better than others I’ve used and seen. Will DEFINITELY be buying from y’all again!! Communication was excellent!!! Very informed and kept me updated. Keep up the good work. Too many companies try and get too big. I enjoyed calling and actually getting a real person without having to press any numbers!!!

Hi Jeremy, thank you for the outstanding review. We are glad to hear the stump grinder performed so well and that the Pro version exceeded your expectations. Taking out that many stumps that quickly is impressive, especially on the first use. It is also great to hear the build quality, quick attach setup, and communication throughout the process all stood out to you. We truly appreciate your kind words about being able to reach a real person and receive personal support. That is something we work hard to maintain as we grow. Thank you again for your support and for choosing MechMaxx. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

It arrived on time and VERY WELL PACKAGED. Not a scratch on it. The final shipper's office was very confused about where it was (SAIA), but it got here. This works like a charm, I've got the hand-guided stump grinder and I find that at 80 it's a handful, this takes the work out of it and does it much quicker. One of the best Chinese products.

This firewood processor was actually a pleasure to assemble. The hydralic lines were clearly marked and easy to connect. All the holes matched with hardware that was easy to reach. We just finished the "test run" with not one problem.

I bought a 1022V Lathe from MechMaxx on May 5th 2026 and had nothing but problems ever since. Now the latest issue is the Gears in the Headstock Assembly Housing are completely damaged but hey insist that they perform a QC Inspection on every machine before it leaves the factory. WRONG! As a Retired QA Manager in Machine Shops for 40 years, I can say Professionally they are Lying. How could an item pass a QC Inspection with years of damage or damage at the factory before leaving to the customer. The support is Very SLOW and lousy. Buyer Beware or don't buy anything from them! 6/7/2026 Even though the Gears are damaged, I was able to use this lathe only as a Spindle Drive. Here is the problem; I used just the Spindle only, the Lathe got so HOT it burnt the paint on the machine and the bearing are packed with grease. The motor is Junk, the Belt are damaged, The entire machine Literally burned up. So the only thing I can do is to Trash this Piece of Junk. With that being said, I just lost $2800.00. My professional opinion is Do Not Buy anything from MechMaxx. They are a Rip Off!!!

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Experiencing repeated issues with a new machine, especially major damage within the headstock assembly, is not acceptable and not the experience we want for our customers. We also understand your concerns regarding quality control and the delays in support response. We want to make this right and ensure your case is properly reviewed and addressed. Please contact Will directly at [email protected] so we can escalate your situation and work toward a proper resolution. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and the opportunity to address your concerns.
