I have placed the order. First time didn’t arrive because it was damaged in transit. Made it to the last fedex depot and then returned to original location. I called this past Monday for a replacement order. I called today, Thursday and was told the same thing. I am still waiting to see when my replacement order will ship for the 3rd time.

Unfortunately there was nothing positive about this purchase. I am still waiting to receive the one item that I desperately needed. Had to go elsewhere to buy those strips and had to use Amazon to get them overnight.

Hi there. We are so sorry to hear about this. We are generally known for our fast and accurate shipping, and we sincerely apologize that you had this experience. Due to COVID-19, the shipping carriers are experiencing delays in their delivery time. Upon checking the current status I see it was already delivered. Please let me know if there is anything we can do now to further assist.
