I was shipped the wrong product because people who do the shipping did not look at the item number. This is the second time this has happened. I called and talked to some one who said they would call me back but after two days I have not heard anything. I tried to call again on Friday but they close early on Fridays.

I was concerned that the item was not picked up by USPS for a few days. However the item arrived 6 days after the order was placed and I feel that is not bad since it was sent from New Jersey.
