Stacy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed that I was interested in and explained all my questions. I also wanted to make sure that the product had a warranty on it will be in use in a very rural area and if anything happens to the bed, I want to make sure that it will be taken care of within a reasonable amount of time.

didnt show taxes before I clicked submit order. Ive never paid taxes on dr. prescribed personal medical equiptment and I dont want Route Protection thank you please reimburse the credit card i used

I was warned not to use an online store for items like this. I should have listened. Staff tried their best and were friendly but in the end they didn’t know the products as well as they sounded and when there was an issue they were dependent on what the manufacturer told them. In the end we’re basically stuck with a mobility scooter that doesn’t fit the hopes we had for it.
