Your Quality product showed up on time, and works really good for us old folks who don't hear as good as we used to. Like back in the day with a huge blunt watching a rock concert, where the sound level would reach 120 decibals.

The phone was for a 93 year old! It wasn’t loud enough! I ordered the clip which was extra and she couldn’t use it either! She can’t see or hear good! And is bed ridden! That is the only way she can visit her out of town family

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear that the phone and clip did not meet your expectations or the needs of your loved one. We understand how important it is for her to stay connected with family, especially under such difficult circumstances. We do our best to design and recommend products that support seniors with hearing, vision, and mobility challenges, but we realize that not every solution works for every situation. We also understand your frustration and want to clarify that we promptly refunded the cost of the clip, as that was the item ordered on our site. If there’s anything else we can do to help or if you'd like assistance finding a more suitable solution, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our goal is always to provide comfort, reliability, and meaningful connection—especially for our most vulnerable customers. Warm regards, The Med-Pat Team
