I’m very sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience, as the level of support you described does not align with the standard we strive to provide our students. That said, I would appreciate the opportunity to look into your concerns directly. Unfortunately, based on the information provided in this review, I have not been able to locate your account in our system. We also have not had any students named Nathan enrolled in our Residency advising program recently, nor have we had any residency students named Nathan request a refund within the last year. If you are comfortable doing so, please email me directly ([email protected]) with your last name and the email address associated with your account so I can personally review your experience, advisor interactions, communication history, and package details in full. I also want to clarify that our advisors are never instructed to steer students toward “easier” specialties or programs simply to preserve match statistics. Our role is to provide strategic guidance based on a student’s overall profile, goals, competitiveness, and risk tolerance while still supporting aspirational applications where appropriate. We take concerns regarding communication quality, advising strategy, and written feedback very seriously, and I would genuinely welcome the opportunity to investigate this further and determine whether there was a disconnect in expectations or service delivery.
