I’m not a very technical person at all in fact quite the opposite. My Web designer introduced me to member mouse as I needed a member’s area for my online business. I have dealt with Cynthia who has been more than helpful with any enquiries/issues that I have had. I have found the company to be very good and I do trust them with my business 100% which is very important.

I have used MemberMouse for different clients to create coaching membership platforms and on-demand yoga studio content. It is easy to set up and customer service is quick to respond to issues.

Love membermouse. Have been using them for years. The only issue I have is that its custom so it needs a pro to make big changes.

We've used Membermouse to build a vibrant and successful community of members for our club and also for our newsletter subscribers. We signed up while the founder was still running the business, and the company has transitioned to new owners, but the standard and speed of support is as good as ever, and there are plenty of new features already and in the pipeline.

I am writing this review primarily to highlight the incredible level of service provided by the MemberMouse team. While the plugin itself runs perfectly stable and does exactly what it needs to do, the technical support is what truly sets this company apart. I have been running websites for over 20 years and have communicated with countless tech companies and vendors. I can confidently say that MemberMouse is in the absolute top tier when it comes to support. In all my years in this industry, it has been extremely rare to find this level of dedication and quality. I specifically want to give a shout-out to Joshua, who is my usual contact for technical questions. He is consistently fast, friendly, and technically brilliant. I also want to recognize John, who has stepped in to assist as well. Both of them deserve the highest praise for their work. If you are looking for a membership solution backed by a team that truly cares and knows their stuff, MemberMouse is the way to go. Five stars!

Very helpful support who gives real answers rather than a scripted response. MemberMouse goes above and beyond the scope of their suite to help your website and business. Could not recommend higher.

My experience with the MemberMouse helpdesk has been consistently excellent. The team replies promptly every time, and their guidance is always clear and genuinely helpful. They regularly go above and beyond with their support, offering solutions that not only fix the issue but also make future steps easier. It feels like real people are on the other side who care about helping you move forward.
