I never received the order
I never received the order. FedEx says they delivered it, but they did not I don’t know what to do

Hi Chris, I'm sorry to hear about this issue with FedEx. As we discussed on the phone, we can offer a full refund or replacement if you can file a claim with FedEx. Unfortunately, we are unable to take up the issue with FedEx once they provide proof of delivery.
