One of the only kind evidence based education out there in the market. Menno and team are very active in updating the course contents in line with new research and are constantly challenging their prior stance on any topic in light of new findings. Highly recommend.

The Henselmans PT Course is not your average PT qualification, I feel empowered by its content and ready to start helping clients. The quality of information is above and beyond what I was expecting and I had a blast taking the course. With a focus specifically on what the science says it was empowering and eye opening to take part in. The work load can be very high, but it is do-able and well worth the time investment.

It was the best investment I’ve ever made in my life. Ever since I’ve decided to start business related to health, I felt lost because there are so much contradictory information about health and fitness topics. Is carbs what make us obese or calories? Is intermittent fasting superior to regular eating? Should you train to failure or not? You can find every answers to the questions you have in this course. I feel so much more confident to work as a PT than before taking this course. In my opinion, it’s worth easily more than 10k. I feel like I could not reach this level of knowledge by self-study, even if I spent decades, or even my entire life. No exaggeration. I would definitely recommend to those with health related jobs such as PT, therapist, and nutritionist. Also highly recommend to anyone who is interested in fitness.

Great course. Super scientific, it backs every claim with the appropriate scientific research. It provides not only the knowledge but also the tools to create the best training and nutrition program for your clients.
