Steve's Customer Service was outstanding! Going above and beyond doesn't even come close as a description! HE gave me the confidence that my order would be handled correctly, and I would be more than pleased with my purchase.

Did not have a good experience with this company. Ordered a belt online to go with a pair of shoes. Arrived as a different color than was on their website. The same belt on the Nordstrom website is the accurate color. When I returned I asked if they would refund my $16.50 charge for shipping. They declined saying that was just the current shade. Maybe they should consider updating their photo on their website. So with the return shipping I’m out $27.50 on an $85 dollar belt. The box weighed 1 lb. Not cool.

Greetings Jordan, thank you for sharing your review. In looking at the order history and correspondence on this one, we can see you ordered a belt from us and were concerned about the color. We sent return instructions so you could ship the belt back to us so we could take a look. The belt we received back was indeed the correct belt ordered. We did acknowledge that this particular shade of Brown can look slightly different on different screens, in different lighting, or when the suede is brushed a certain way. Unfortunately that is the challenge with certain nuanced shades, they simply look different in different settings. We did not get a request to refund shipping charges on the return, we got an email after the return was processed to ask if we had refunded shipping charges. This return was handled according to our normal return process. The return policy on our website, which is accessible from the product page and all other pages of the site, confirms that shipping charges are not refunded on returns. We do make exceptions if an incorrect item is shipped of course. In this case, we are more than happy to make an accommodation if you want to contact us directly. Thanks so much Jordan. We appreciate your business.

MensDesigner shoe will treat you solid. There was a shipping issue with UPS (turned out to be a UPS mistake). MDS refunded my money and treated me well in finding another pair of shoes. The customer service is good. They are honest in dealing with customers. I will buy from them again. Highly recommend them.

Really excellent customer service - the size I ordered didn’t fit properly, and they were super responsive and helpful figuring out what width would work better. The exchange was fast and easy.

MensDesignerShoe.com is an amazing site. So many nice, quality shoes to select from. Stephen, the owner, is very helpful and responsive. He assisted me through selection and purchase of some beautiful loafers. He and his company were quick to help me in some size & style exchanges. I'd highly recommend purchasing from MDS. Great service, great product! Thank you!

I had been shopping for a particular pair of shoes for some time when I discovered that they were available at MensDesignerShoe.com. Initially I ordered a pair and listed the shoe size that I normally wear, but I realized that I had previously purchased a pair at my regular shoe size and when they arrived they were too small. I immediately made contact through email and a phone message and asked for a change of shoe size. They got back to me and made the change. The shoes were exactly what I wanted and fit like a glove.
