Very bad experience with the admin…
Very bad experience with the admin team..the admin doesn't send any reminder for classes and doesnt keep track of any classes..they just collect money from.parents and then ows no responsibility towards parents. Highly poor response and unprofessional

The worst experience i have ever had
The worst experience i have ever had. They just convince you for the enrollment and then they stop assisting you. I enrolled my son , but my the moderators are worst .

ZERO STARS -Terrible company terrible…
ZERO STARS -Terrible company terrible service and the worst tutor experience ! Promised a lot delivered zero couldn’t even get the time of the first scheduled class correct they kept mistaking PST for EST it took 3 rescheduled tries to make the first trial class!!! Tutors are extremely heavily accented and my daughter had a very hard time understanding not only the accent but also the teaching style was not conducive to positive and supportive lesson leading us to cancel after trying 2 tutors and totally wasting time both classes were a waste. After promising money back guarantee and full refund even after a month of cancellation and dozens of messages no refund very unprofessional and shady business KEEP AWAY !!!

Pathetic HR's involving Recruitment Head
I attended interview on 18.03.2025 and meet with the most horrible and arrogant recruitment head Ka**ta R*j during the process. Firstly they do not value candidate time and at the last moment informed that the so called recruitment head (by her behavior she doesnt seem so) will be late by 15 mins. I told them that I had other commitments and asked what should I do, the HR might get offended and took the very irrelevant matter that had nothing to do with the requirements of the round as they explained me before the process. She kept on streching on the matter, the matter in which there was a blunder from their end and just keep justifying herself that they are allowed to make mistakes as they are a startup. I just want to tell that once you interview a candidate, value their time as well. Interviews are not the place to satisfy your personal egos. I have all the proofs to justify what I have written.
