Have a Litter Robot 4 but really was interested in this litter box. Easy to purchase and the sale made it even better to buy. Fast shipping and setup was great! Anxious to see how my 3 cats take to this litter box.

Easy to set up. Very very quiet. Took old cat litter pan away and my cat started usi,g this the same day. Has only been a week but we are very pleased.

Its is quiet and safe for sure, but the unit is pretty small. Only my 1 year old kitten uses it. My 14.5lb Ragdoll refuses, probably because he’s too big for it. He tried using it once but stopped after his struggle. My other 18lb cat used once also and stopped because of the struggle and the fact that he is 15 years old and struggles to get in. I guess I’m stuck with this small unit for one cat and when he gets bigger, he may also stop using it and then I won’t rebuy this one again.

Ok I bought this litter box for a freind as early Xmas gift - FedEx missed delivered and admitted they did so but sent pic of item still on the truck and was never delivered to door - we have been going back and forth with info you asked for but because FedEx said it was delivered you are not willing to file a claim with FedEx but keep saying it was delivered even thou they said they did not in emails that you got from us - after all the info submitted to you you offer me a used litter box with no warranty or 1/2 of my money back - when told that I did not pay for a used box you still keep saying that your out of the cost off product that was send and will not file a claim with FedEx - so my experience with this company is very very bad do not buy this product from this company period

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced with the delivery issue, and we understand how disappointing this situation must be for you. After reviewing your case, we’ve found that according to the tracking information, FedEx shows the package as "delivered." We’ve reached out to them, but unfortunately, due to their delivery confirmation, we are unable to file a claim on your behalf. We realize this is not the outcome you expected, and we truly regret the inconvenience it has caused. If you haven't already, we recommend checking with FedEx directly, as they might be able to offer additional assistance. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and we truly value your feedback. We hope that your issue is resolved soon.

I don’t know where it is. It only shows as “Ready for pickup”, when I trace it. The litter was delivered to my business.

Hi, we are sorry to hear that you didn't receive the package. After checking, the shipping status shows returned because customer not available or business closed. We will check with our warehouse to confirm whether the package has been received. Once we have an update, we’ll let you know immediately.
