Leaks urine from base at front left corner at times.....not sure how/why it would leak. Cat is NOT peeing outside box. I have to keep a mat with a lip underneath so urine doesn't get on floor. It works great other than that.

Easy set up. My cats seem to really like it. I was worried about them using it. No more cat litter mess on the floor and no smell.

I gave this as a gift to my son. They love it! Their cat took to it right away and they love that you can see all of his information on the app. He is susceptible to kidney problems so seeing his schedule is perfect. And the clean up is a breeze. My daughter in law is pregnant so my son says cleaning the box is so much easier since it is just him. Great item!

I have never received my package. I contacted the post office then contacted meow and who told me to contact the post office even though I had already said on my email that I’d done this already. Weeks have gone by with me out several hundred dollars This is really rotten customer service. Also this demanded I edit out what it called inappropriate language even though it wasn’t inappropriate. This means this review site is censoring people’s poor experiences with companies.

Works good! My senior kitty uses it with no issues. The bin is bigger for used litter, so it isn’t overflowing if I’m gone for a week. No issues with it and it was a good price!

Everything was so straightforward and fast! This litter box has changed the game for us. So far everything is working well. This litter box was just what we needed. I had a hard time finding an automatic box that worked with clumping wood litter, so I’m thankful that I found Meowant!

I'm loving my new litter box more every day. The transition from old to new wasn't difficult and how nice it is not to have my boy scattering messy litter or stepping into messy droppings. I'm a happy camper ☺️

*updated* So apparently my experience with them is wrong according to them…what a joke I ordered the automatic litter box with the bundle of extra bags. It was close to $25 more. The bags never arrived, customer service said I needed to talk to the shipper(Amazon) the shipper said I had to talk to the company. This went back and fourth for weeks. Finally meowant refunded me less than $8. The cover for the waste bag area broke while trying to put it back after cleaning. The only thing I was told is I could buy a new globe they don’t make replacement parts. The product was less than 6 months old, obviously was not going to buy a whole new one. Finally the box keeps going offline, nothing else in my house has problems staying connected to the internet. I emailed for advice and was told the sorry, the problem is with my internet. Customer service has been friendly enough, too many little irritations and lack of actual help for me to recommend this company.

Our customer service team refunded you $19, as the bundled bags were priced lower than if purchased separately. The refund amount was calculated based on the actual price you paid. Regarding the broken cover on your drum, we do offer free replacements for such issues. However, I noticed that you didn’t mention this in your correspondence with our customer service team. Please send an email to [email protected] with the details of the broken cover, and we’ll arrange for a free replacement drum part. As for the WiFi connectivity issue, please note that our product only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. Could you confirm if your home network is 2.4GHz? If you’re still having trouble connecting, you might want to try using a mobile hotspot. If the problem persists, please send a photo of the QR code on the back of the machine to our customer service team so they can further assist you.
