they had trouble keeping tract of my girl cat. When I filled out the paper work, i did state that she is very shy and slow to warm up. They both like being together and not do like being apart. She got locked in the bathroom for several hours.

We're sorry to hear your experience wasn't purrfect, Michelle, so thank you very much for the feedback! During the Meet & Greet it's important to be as specific as possible with where the kitties should stay during the day and at night, especially if you have specific instructions about putting them together in the basement at night. We're aware that your sitter felt terrible about the realization that your girl kitty had accidentally been in the bathroom for several hours when she couldn't find her to put her in the basement and she was very apologetic about the entire incident.

Loved working with Kathryn
Loved working with Kathryn! It was my first time using Meowtel and it was a great experience. Kathryn was so loving to our 7 month old kitten, Angus, and sent daily updates, videos and pictures. Very pleased to have found this resource!
