It was easy to get started, however an improvement I would ask for would be to get the profiles linkable to look at them individually for the profiles to look in heatmap.

Thanks for the review! Do you mind sending full details of what you'd like here to [email protected] so we can have a look at doing that for you? I'm not 100% sure what you meant. Thanks, Justin

I run a small marketing agency in the UK and use Paige to manage Google Business Profiles for local service businesses. The automated posting, review responses, and reporting save me hours every week. Setup is straightforward and the training notes mean the AI actually sounds like each client rather than generic marketing speak. The citation network is US-heavy which is a gap for UK agencies, but overall it does what it says on the tin. Good value for the price.

Their website is good, and well planned out.

The tool is nice and clean, a bit slow for the first time users, hopefully will pick up processing speed for paid users.

Hi Michael, sorry for the delay. You are right that during busy times we prioritize the paying customer's heatmaps so they generate faster. We're also working on ways to make these as close to instant as possible for everyone since that's our goal. Growing pains! If we can help with anything else feel free to message us via [email protected]. - Justin (Founder)

The merchant heart map rank report was very useful in helping us realize where we were doing well and also help us focus on the gaps our areas of lower ranking. No more need to guess, then helping us focus and optimize our SEO efforts.
