Mercury Auto Transport | Car Shipping ExpertsReviews of mercuryautotransport.com

Excellent customer service from the beginning, the communication with the agent, (Thank you Pete Reynolds) the driver and I was great, I received my 3 vehicles sooner than I expected and was handle very professionally. I highly recommend Mercury Transportation to anyone.

I have never shipped an auto cross-country. I was overwhelmed with the choices, never knowing if I was venturing into a bitter learning experience, or, a pleasant one. After some careful research, I contacted by David Hilty. His communication was excellent, fully explaining more aspects on what to expect through the process, and, realistically outlining all of the possibilities. Everything went as promised, and, this was including a screw-up on my part, with a missed pickup contact, followed by a prompt rescheduling and completion within a reasonable time frame. I informed David Hilty that I plan to reship this same vehicle in roughly a year. I plan to contact him at that time

I have used Mercury two times now in the last four years transporting a 94 Blazer to and from and back again from California to Colorado. Both times the process was great with no hiccups at all. In fact this last time the vehicle was delivered in just over 24 hours from the time of pick up! All for less than $800 which saved me driving it back myself with and avoiding the cost of fuel, hotel, a rental car to get back, time off work, and the added hard miles on the vehicle through the smoking hot deserts. Honestly, there really is no better way to go. Spenser set up and handled everything well and was always available if I had a question. My driver was great and answered the phone when I wanted any updates on arrival times. I would continue to use them if ever I needed a transport again. I easily and highly recommend this company. Check BBB and reviews compared to others and you'll be happy going with these guys. Thanks so much Mercury! :)

Fast and efficient service. Great customer service.

This is the first time I've transported a car across the country. I submitted an online request and immediately received a quote from Pete Reynolds. When I was ready to ship my car I contacted Pete who walked me through the process. The quoted price was the price I paid. There were no upcharges or games. My car arrived in an enclosed carrier and in great condition. The driver was friendly as well.

I was drawn to Mercury Auto Transport after seeing many positive reviews for the company. In addition, I found that many of these positive reviews mentioned outstanding service received from Melissa Dossett. So I contacted Melissa and started the process of shipping to California a Toyota RAV4 I purchased from a dealer in Hudson, MA. Having never shipped a car before, much less shipping one across country, Melissa provided straightforward information about how the entire process worked and definitely eased the stress I was feeling over shipping a car. The broker fee of $300 was well worth it as Melissa helped me navigate what could have easily been a horrific experience, but in the end, wasn’t. I decided to ship my car on an open carrier, figuring that it would save me some money and that dealers use open carriers all the time. Several transport companies bid on my job; however, Melissa helped me decide on choosing the right company, one which was slightly more expensive ($1,100 versus $1,000 from another company) but had much higher ratings. It was money well spent. The transport company that Melissa found for me was Mirempire Express, Inc. My driver, who happened to be the founder and owner of the company, was Usman, who was very communicative, friendly, and honest. Usman delivered my car in four days. When I picked up the car in California, I paid Usman $1,100; there were no additional charges or unpleasant surprises. Because of that, I gave Usman a generous tip for his honesty and for delivering my car in perfect condition (okay, understandably it did need a bath but that’s part of the trade-off of shipping a car on an open carrier). If you’re thinking of shipping a car, and you want to take some of the stress out of the process, you should call Melissa Dossett at Mercury Auto Transport at 754-799-4786. She won’t “steer” you wrong!

Mercury Transport made the process of shipping my car across the country super easy. Trevor Thomas was excellent to work with, super responsive and competitive with the price. The transport carrier they booked for me was very professional, prompt and had great communication. The whole process was seamless, and I'd use Mercury again in the future for vehicle transport needs.

I would like to say that Kristopher Wolf went over and beyond to get my truck from Victorville CA to Sierra Vista AZ, Communication during the process is very important to me. I am very appreciative of his commitment to getting the job done. I will reach out to him in the future and recommend anyone needing the services of Mercury Auto Transport. Thanks Kris!!
