The overall experience working with this company is amazing, especially for someone that is just getting started and is new to opening a website for their business. Scott and the team are timely, responsive, and proactive in keeping you up to date and ensuring you're happy with the result. They walk you through the entire process and make sure that you are getting more than what you paid for in terms of support, customization, and marketing to get your business off the ground. There were times when there were small design errors in the website. I asked them to correct it, and they fixed in 1-2 days. They are a hardworking team. Once you sign up, they hold your hand throughout the entire process - they are flexible in that they do all the work, or allow you to step in and take over things like content if you're a perfectionist. Scott has also gone out of his way to give me great advice that falls outside the scope of the project. He has gone above and beyond to support me.
