Metro Pins, LLCReviews of metropins.com

I worked one on one with Chel of MetroPins, and she was incredible every step of the way. Our first design together was very detailed with lots of little sections, and she made sure that not only was the piece physically possible in a way that honored my original art but that the colors and small details popped in a way I couldn’t have even imagined. She was also so patient with me as I adjusted my timeline and asked a million and one questions, which is something I truly appreciated as I am sometimes overly-detail oriented. Seriously, I cannot sing Chel’s praises nearly enough. We’re already working on our next designs, and I can’t wait to see them come to life too.

Metro Pins absolutely knocked it out of the park for our 12U baseball team. They designed and delivered an awesome set of swaggy pins for our team, and the boys are pumped to trade and show them off at their World Series. From start to finish, the communication from the Metro Pins team was outstanding. They were great during the design process, kept us informed while the order was shipping, and even followed up after delivery to make sure everything met expectations. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. The quality of the pins exceeded our expectations, and the entire experience was smooth and stress‑free. I highly recommend Metro Pins to any team looking for high‑quality custom pins and top‑notch customer service.

From design to final product, Metro Pins was a pleasure to work with. Chelsea shared the excitement my boys had in designing our pins for Cooperstown and they turned out amazing. Her creativity, assurance and customer service far exceeded expectations. Thank you Metro Pins.

Chelsea was a huge help with our pin design! We had an idea and she made it come to life with a quick turnaround! Highly recommend!

Greg did a great job w/ our team pins for Cooperstown baseball tournament

I am so glad that I called Metro Pins. I had already contacted three other companies and started the design process. Our custom designs were replicated and made even better with Metro Pins. I am super happy with the customer service and quality of our items purchased. Chelsea was outstanding and very attentive throughout the design and ordering process. We had three different pin designs and Chelsea was not only patient but also very knowledgeable in creating the best product. I am so happy with the way our pins turned out, and I am excited to share them with our team. Metro Pins blew the other three companies out of the water when it came to design, quality, price, and customer service. I highly recommend Metro Pins!

Metro pins has been our provider of pins for many years now. Every year they always exceed our expectations. Everyone on the team is great, but Chelsea has been fantastic to work with! She is very easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond to emails. Our team is heading to Cooperstown this summer with what is likely to be the coolest pin on property thanks to Metro Pins! Thank you for always taking care of our organization.
