Sceptical at first but, I went ahead with my purchase after an insightful chat with Justine. I had a deadline requested in and was able to get my order on time and the ring is every bit of what my wife wanted. Very pleased with the quality of the diamond and customer service!

I was very pleased with my purchase. A year later the customer service was outstanding when I had to replace a stone in my ring. I am very grateful for the way MiaDonna helped me.

I bought an engagement ring from here my fiance loved it. The quality it great and so is the time to build the hiring.y only complaint is I'd like to have a confirmation email to know if my order went through. After I ordered it I only got an email when it was shipped out.

Hello Brock Thank you for taking the time to write a wonderful review. I am not sure why you did not receive an email confirmation when you ordered your ring as they are generated automatically once the sale has gone through. That is so strange and I apologize that you did not receive this. We are delighted to hear that you and your fiancee love the ring you purchased.

Great customer service! I had to get my husband’s wedding band re-sized (before the wedding day) and the customer service team were very responsive and helpful. They were able to return it with plenty of time and kept me updated through the whole process. I would definitely recommend MiaDonna and we will shop here again.
