Stunning product and superior customer service! We used them years ago for our engagement ring and this year for an upgraded engagement ring. Both times- just beautifully crafted jewelry. Also bought earrings- exactly what I wanted! If you are on the fence- don’t be!

My ring came in the wrong size, they did tell me I could send it back but I took it to a local jeweler instead.

Hello Kelly, I am so sorry your ring arrived in the incorrect size. We do QC everything when it arrives from the casting house so I am sorry that we did not catch the sizing error. We are so focused on getting everything out for Christmas that we clearly missed this. I am so sorry but I hope you love your beautiful new ring.

Ring came out beautiful. I had ordered for store pick up right when they were changing their store location, so there were some shipment delays, but after contacting them, they responded quickly and I had my ring that very day.

I am buying a replacement engagement ring because mine was lost. We bought from MiaDonna in 2016, and I love the jewelry. But customer service has always been kind of meh. I get so many advertisements from them…at least one each day. But they hardly communicate about the progress of your order. The ring was purchased on October 31, and I have received one email saying that the jewelers were starting to make the order on November 7, and nothing else since then. Today is November 21. It is obvious that there is an automated system that sends the update emails, rather than an actual customer service representative who is taking care of communicating with customers. If that is not the case, then the communication and updates feel very impersonal and automated. Additionally, after losing a stone in my wedding band last year, MiaDonna told me that I would need to buy an entire new ring because there wasn’t enough material to fix it (The ring was sent in, with me, Donna for over a month, and eventually sent back to me unfixed). I’ve just been irritated with the way that they seem to push their product sales, but then they don’t seem to care about their customers’ actual experience.

Hello Terra, I am sorry to hear you have been dissatisfied with your experience at MiaDonna. Our rings take 15-20 business days to handcraft so we are currently on the 15th business day. We generally send out an email to thank you for your order and then explain it will take 15 - 20 business days and then we contact you when the ring is crafted and ready to ship to you. Unless a customer reaches out we don't do regular updates as the casting house just doesn't have time to get this information to us. I apologize for this but I have looked into this and your center stone is currently being set and the ring should be ready to ship very shortly. We will reach out with tracking information as soon as we have it. Please let me know if I can help further.

My wife's engagement ring, wedding band, and my wedding band are all from Miadonna. Their products are excellent and all of their staff is amazing as well. I found a ring I really liked for our anniversary from Brilliant Earth. The ring look great I gave it to her the first day that my wife was wearing it a gemstone fell out of the setting and was lost. Thankfully they let me return it and get a full refund. I then purchased an anniversary ring from Miadonna because I know the quality of their jewelry is top-notch and I will no longer shop anywhere else.

The company could be more implicit during check out funnel specially for international orders where there are tax and custom expenses that vary by country but add at times a hefty fee in order to be fully delivered, similarly the timeline gets stretch and if you have plans they can all get impacted. Customer service can be better to help resolve issues and this company proved to me that once you pay them they don’t care about you or the product they sell. Do not recommend

It was a little rocky at the beginning with communication. The customer service was kind, thorough, and informative. I really appreciated everything they did to assist me in getting my beautiful wedding ring.
