Had a lot of trouble with our ring. Loose stones, then the prongs were bent and chipped. Sent it back multiple times to be fixed. They have finally decided to remake the ring for us..hopefully it will finally be worth what we paid. I would have returned it and started over, as I don't trust this company at this point...but willing to see what they can do to correct their inexcusable mistakes.

Hello Sydney, we are deeply sorry your initial experience with MiaDonna was not great. Often the jeweler is overly cautious when setting a Diamond Hybrid as it is softer than a Diamond and they are worried they are going to chip the stone. This resulted in the center stone becoming loose far too quickly. I am pleased you were so accommodating and allowed us to remake the entire ring which I personally checked. Everything looked great and I am hoping you are more than happy with your beautiful engagement ring and can now enjoy wearing it.

Love the rings and customer service. I wish there was a store in the DC area where I could try on rings. I’d prefer that over having them mailed.

I purchased a dainty gold/diamond band and it is beautiful! Diamonds sparkle and shine! My initial order was too small so I had to return to resize. They did not charge me. Company was very accommodating.

Wouldn’t let me place my order without ‘convincing’ them that I wasn’t ordering 2 rings just to choose between them at home. I even was then only able to return one. Wasn’t expecting the cut of the princess style to be different than my other princess cut diamonds. I also feel that I can tell that the hybrid diamonds are not real.
