Ordered the Lexi Coat. It arrived quickly, but didn’t fit. The customer service was wonderful. Although it took some time, I managed to exchange it without any grief. My new coat just arrived and I love it! I can’t wait to get a full season out of it next year!

I know that this company is managing a new customer service team but someone always got back to me. Even if it took a few days. I also know their shipping was greatly impacted as much of the world has been. Regardless of time and communication, the Haileys Jacket was well worth the wait. Its incredibly warm and stylish. A jacket I will keep for my lifetime.

I'd say terrible customer service but there isn't any. I received an oder confirmation stating I'd receive shipping updates and delivery notification by text AND email. I sent an email asking for an update after a few weeks and three days later I get an email asking to confirm delivery when I have received nothing. I have tried to contact this company multiple times through text and email but I receive no response. Apparently many others have experienced the same.

Wonderful company and product! I placed an order for a rain jacket for $200 and then that same day a few hours later it was on sale for 150. I contacted the company that same day and they were amazing! They actually refunded me $50 so I could get the jacket for the discounted price. Cannot speak highly enough about the customer service and the quality of their jackets!

Tonya helped me find a solution when the Jacket we wanted wasn’t available, and she re arranged the delivery so that it would arrive in time to meet up with my son and his girlfriend when they travel to the US. The text based customer service worked really well and Tonya was really responsive and helpful.

I made two orders. The first order came and their items run extremely small, so I decided to reach out and cancel my second order to avoid having to pay to return it. The item was a pre-order and has not shipped. I contacted the company December 27 and they told me they would get back to me with an email and the details of the refund. After a week with no update I called them again again was told they would get back to me in 15 minutes. No one got back to me and when I tried calling back an hour or two later their phone rang and then an auto tone says "this phone is not currently taking calls." I had to try calling for another two days before I could finally get ahold of anyone. I was told the refund was processed and it would take 14 days for the refund. On the 12th of January, they texted asking if I'm sure I don't want the coats???? I asked them if my refund had not yet been processed since it was supposed to have been done on the 27th of December. No response. Today is 14 days since the initial inquiry about my refund and I still don't have my money back. I called and was told they'd get back to me in a few hours, and when they did get back they told me that now the wait time for a refund is 8 weeks. Earlier that day and two weeks prior I was told 14 days. This company is absolutely a scam and will try to do anything to avoid refunding you. I have never even received the item and an 8 week waiting period for a return is absolutely unacceptable. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal and dealing with this company has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Just don't trust these scammers with your money!

It’s been a week, no shipping info despite their website quoting 2-3 day ship timeframe. Emailed with questions, texted two times with zero response.
